Baseball is popular in Okinawa, especially since all the Japanese pro baseball teams come here for spring training. Kristen, Kenny, and I went to a pre-season game while the teams were on island. It was a lot of fun and while the language is different the game is the same... as well as the umpire's voice inflections while yelling strike in Japanese.
